Quality Reports are always an important clinical measurement. Quality Reports for Meaningful Use are critical for documentation of meeting standards and requirements and need to be maintained for at least 10 years.

Stage 1 documentation requires 15 Quality Reports for hospitals and 6 Quality Reports for EPs. Contact us and we can discuss your needs.

Additionally, management reports are a critical function of any software. One of the major reasons you have a computerized information system is to obtain the data regarding your operating room, surgeons, cases and billing. If that data is not in a format that provides your information to you in a timely manner, New West Consulting can help.

We assist with the development of the reports you need to manage your perioperative services. Or we train your staff to obtain the reports you need. Even though your perioperative system may contain standard reports, you often find yourself without the specific information you need. Management report development and training allows you to build the custom reports you need to manage your perioperative environment.

Are you involved with Process Improvement projects. We have two custom reports available to you and conduct periodic Webinars on them. The first is Daily Statistics and is delivered to your email box either throughout the day or is waiting for you in the morning. It details the number of cases, add-ons, OR minutes and first case late starts just to name a few. This report is an essential tool for your Perioperative Process Improvement projects. We have seen OR's decrease their marker in first case late starts from 20 minutes to 5 by utilizing this report.

The second is an additional Process Improvement tool called a Monthly Dashboard. This report is a rolling historical 12 + 12 month summary of such things as Case Hours, Turnover Time, Shift Utilization and number of Add-ons.
